Hotel North Gate - Madurai

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location in the main area of Goripalayam is attractive and provides easy access to the popular Meenakshi Temple, just 1.5 kms away. The staff here is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-equipped with all the amenities packed in, including a nice aircon and free toiletries. Additionally, the breakfast spread is delicious and definitely worth trying.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated. The hotel was located in a central area, close to many attractions we wanted to see. The room had a comfortable bed.

The room was not very clean, and we found a lot of dust and cobwebs. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was either too hot or too cold.

Convenient location, friendly staff, decent rooms and bathrooms, comfortable stay without high cost, close to symposium.

We had a fabulous stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city. It was within walking distance of all the amenities and a short taxi ride to the temple. The hotel was super clean and had excellent facilities including parking and transportation. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and the attentive staff who provided fantastic service.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location in the heart of the city was perfect for exploring Madurai. It's situated in a crowded market place, which added to its charm and made it convenient for accessing various areas of the city. Secondly, the value for money was exceptional. The prices were nominal, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The staff was friendly, interested, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The king-size bed was a nice touch, and the AC worked perfectly without any issues like dripping water. Breakfast was also ample and tasty, providing a great start to the day.

No improvements needed, everything was great.

Great experience during Xmas! Central location, helpful staff, and clean rooms! Loved the complimentary breakfast and ample parking available. Best of all, the free Wi-Fi was fast enough!
